We deserve a workplace that's...
​FAIR. One with a more equal distribution of the company's success, including, but not limited to, a living wage and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, sufficient compensation for part-time employees, and investments in gym safety for all workers and customers.

SAFE. A work environment where staff are informed of, and feel confident in, the company's health and safety policies relating to physical, psychological, and social hazards at work. . No worker should worry about their physical or emotional safety because management didn't think it was important.

RESPECTFUL. Touchstone workers are required to treat each other and the general public with respect. Yet Touchstone management continues to exhibit disrespectful behavior by failing to communicate important information, firing workers without investigation, ignoring staff feedback, and making decisions about our lives without consulting us. We deserve to be treated with the same respect that is a requirement our job.
